PE Welding
Hadlee and Brunton have qualified PE welders who carry out both butt and electrofusion welds.
We have two butt welding machines and one electrofusion machine.
Our largest Butt Welder will weld pipe from 315mm diameter up to 600mm diameter. It is set up in a shipping container complete with gantry crane to enable all weather welding. This is delivered to site on our HIAB truck and powered using our truck mounted 80 KVA gen set which is housed in a noise suppressed body.
Our smaller Butt Welder will weld pipe up to 90mm diameter to 315mm diameter. It is set up on a crane truck and can be lifted into position complete with a fully enclosed cover to enable welding in whatever weather.
Our final welder is for electrofusion joints it is a small portable unit and works on the standard bar coding system.
